Worst service ever!!!! I paid for expedited shipping didn’t receive my order for over a month. They refused to refund the $24 they over charged me for the extended time of shipping that it cost. Then the items arrive and run smaller than their size chart. I’ve been requesting a return label for over a month and I’m being given the run around. At this point I’m reporting them to the better business bureau and disputing the charges off my account. Runs ladies they will scam you out of your money. Shady business and horrible customer service.

I ordered 2 dresses on 6/29 and I have not received my package. They have terrible policy and the worst customer service. They are refusing to refund $98 as I have not received the package due to incorrect address and was shipped back to Asia. They are offering to refund me 10% only, this is insane and should go out of business. They're claiming to be helpful but they will not refund you your money. DO NOT PURCHASE. Der BH passte nicht und einen Rücksendeschein gibt es nicht. Die Rücksendung nach Österreich hat 10,50€ gekostet. Auf meine E-Mails wurde spät geantwortet und mir wurde 2x ein Umtausch angeboten. Ich wollte aber keinen Umtausch, sondern einen Rücksendeschein. Nach 3 Wochen bekam die Rückerstattung des BH‘s ABER ohne Versandkosten! Also habe ich insgesamt für NICHTS 14,40€ bezahlt! Finger weg!

Purchased 2 items June 21, 2024 and we are now August 27,2024, and have yet to receive my second item. It took a month to receive the first item. Please don’t believe the dates they email you showing estimated preparation time and delivery. The one item I’ve received is poor quality, something you can probably order in SHEIN. If I knew the quality was bad I would’ve ordered from SHEIN at a way cheaper price and faster shipping. I would never order from this site again nor would I recommend anyone to. Update: it’s October 14,2024 and I still haven’t received the item or a refund. Please don’t order from this company. You WILL get robbed by not receiving the item or them not refunding you for an item they never ship.

leider kann ich die negativen Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Erst sollte ich per PayPal € 3,99 überweisen, damit ich dann den Retourenschein erhalte. Was natürlich nicht passiert ist. Dann sollte ich das Teil auf zusätzliche eigene Kosten zurückschicken oder einfach behalten bei 20% Nachlass. Bei einem Artikel, der nicht passt, nützt mir auch kein Nachlass. Die Qualität ist leider auch nicht den (reduzierten) Preis wert. Fazt: Auf jeden Fall die Finger von dem Laden lassen
