What was advertised up front was absolutely misrepresented throughout the entire tenure of our use of them as a development arm. Developers were wholly incompetent - even after a year of employment and numerous second chances. They repeatedly took four times the amount of hours to complete a task, and even then it was rife with errors. In the end, we found that it took us longer to correct their mistakes and manage the relationship.

Chetu is a complete scam. After retaining them for some software dev, they promised to have engineers that know the particular stack. Their agreements are written to bad reviews cannot be written, so i will omit details here as I do not want to get my legal team involved. For context, we have our own in house dev team of 30+ engineers, however this particular product, we decided to outsource, would i have known that the developers that chetu provided were incompetent and did not know the product at all, we would have rather had our devs learn and build(which is what they are doing now anyway). After chetu did the roll off and provided the code, NON FUNCTIONING after paying them for 13 months, i finally cancelled with them. The code we received was utter garbage written by a junior dev when i was promised senior devs. The code was all over the place and my Dev lead said this was the worst code he has seen. Steer clear away from these guys. They are not cheap at all. Also they promise state side PM and dev; all lies, it was all outsourced to India.

What an awful company to work with from A to Z. Our "rep" Randall has one thing on his mind - making the sale. He promised us the world and that they were the pioneers of AI and could everything we laid out for them. Fast forward 6 months and $30k later, we have nothing at all to show for it. The developers came on to demo our software and couldn't even get it to work themselves on the demo, I was embarrassed for them. They had to reschedule the call. When we discontinued because we were so unsatisfied, Randall "closed out" our file and marked it as "successfully completed" without even asking us about our experience. I had to correct him that we were discontinuing because their developers couldn't produce a working software. And of course now that we've discontinued and need our refund and source code, Randall is no where to be found. I could go on and on about the things experienced with this company but please use my experience as a lesson and steer far far away from this company.

Very poor company. Very disorganized, poor communication did not follow directives and deceptive practices. I ended up going with another company and it was a night and day difference. If there is one review you can trust its this one. I never ever leave reviews in a negative fashion but this firm should be exposed.

I don't know if it was bad luck or what. I was coming up with a project that needed some urgent solutions; the salesman here, Erick, I think, was so rude, never listened, and only was interested in knowing if I had 10k or 100k to invest instead of understanding what I needed and guiding me through the options that they could provide! if he is in the front line, definitely I could imagine what's in the back end! but for sure I will never do business with them like that!

I messaged them on multiple attempts to get more information regarding their company just to be ignored and blocked. Unfortunately companies like this don’t do well in the long run. So read this and wonder who in their human relations department is so miserable?

They did a sales presentation to us about how they would allocate an experienced pm, a team lead, and a developer to our project and how they will make sure that the work never stops to ensure the project will be delivered on time. The project was simple, an existing code that needed improvement based on a clear requirement. We provide a full of documents and videos (yes videod) explaining the project and we had our own technology team on stand by to assist. They said they cannot start until we pay, and it would take 2-3 days to assemble the team to start the project. So we paid, then there was complete silence. We had to follow up continuously to find out when they will start the project. 10 days later (not 2-3) we were told that the team is ready. They provided no plan, no collaboration tools, nothing, total silence. They would work only at night and they would send ad-hoc requests for meetings at 8PM, 10 PM!! We setup the collaboration tools and organized things for them (they were supposed to do that). Then we kept asking about when they will start the development and we ketp getting emails that they are analyzing the documents and setting up the code. 3 weeks passed with the same thing, analyzing the documents and setting up the code. The fourth week we decided to terminate and the account manager would not even answer any of our emails. She did her scam, collected the money and disappeared. When we sent an email asking for a refund as we did not get anything from them, this is what we received from their President: Problem is that your company has hired you as a project manager and they’d be better served by firing you. YOU ARE THE JOKE ! Completely incapable with a filthy mouth that likes to send nasty emails after emails. Most bullies like you do not like the taste of their own emails when they come back at them. Let’s see how you react. Disparagement goes all ways. You are not the only with a computer. ...will totally annihilate your brand if we expose how your software is a complete and utter mess. Perhaps, your customer and the “world” will be interested to know the bugs and flaws in an old archaic dilapidated platform…..so they are aware that you are a mere loud talking marketing outfit ripping them off. Should we start that disparagement war? Since you are at it, have your attorneys review the contract against disparagement. Again, if you have a brain cell, understand how contracts and companies work. You are not I high-school any more.

I have nothing but horrible experience with this company!
