CherrygoldcasinoReviews of cherrygoldcasino.com

I love Cherry 🍒 gold casino. Wonderful selection of games. Amazing customer service And quick reliable fast withdrawals. Come give it a try great bonuses I have been playing here for years

All you gotta do is read all these reviews and know to stay away. I made a deposit and decided to cancel my bonus. They wouldn’t give me a balance until I verified my account.

I had the worst experience! Customer service was awful, they refused to give me a refund of 25 dollars after I told them I did not feel comfortable sending a full picture of my ID and debit card. One of the supervisors told me I was able to crop or cover the other information with a paper and I did and send multiple times at a time they kept telling me it was wrong I sent again different ways the conversation took all morning to get no help at all from them and no customers service all he was saying I am trying to avoid you from doing a claim against us and yet they never gave me refund on my account the supervisor was so rude as I had to repeat myself over and over to explain how I felt. The app kept disconnecting and I had to repeat all the time to different people how simple would of been to provide me my 25 dollars back and avoid all fo this stress for my customer. They made it really had the last message sent to me was well since you can't understand us our bill department will reach out in 2 days and then it got disconnected again. What a ripped off they kept my money stole my money. I would never recommend this to anyone and I will continue to leave this review for everyone to read their poor social skills and customer service. Again would not recommend to anyone.

I won 500 and they only gave me 250 after waiting a week to get my withdrawl they said they reserve the right to pay it in installments. What kind of casino can’t pay out $500 stay away from here!!!

I made it pass the bs $3,602 wagering for a $25 deposit. Now I won about $775. But I dont want to give more information! They also want back acc wire info. I just want a check!

worst site i have ever made account in none of their payments work also i find out that they have fake licens

This casino is trash u never win I've put 100s in and the only time u do win and when u do a bonus but u can't cash out don't waste your money ppl

This casino figures what you deposit into their playthrough! What a ripoff. I had a 12000k playthrough for a $240 bonus. First they told me a free spin I had 9 months ago counted into my current play-through. I played this casino for the good reviews. Last time I go here..
