The workplace is in disarray
I joined Chelsea Technologies with high hopes for a positive work environment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated. Definitely no work-life balance. Expectations are completely out of wack. We were doing insane amount of work for the simple tasks, but as soon as you had any personal issues or suffered burnout, you were given zero support. Don't fall for the hype.
