My experience with Cheetah Learning was a great one. The test-taking skills I learned proved to be invaluable when I took my PMP exam. I credit Cheetah Learning with not only teaching the course material in an effective way, but also their Accelerated Learning method, in helping me to achieve my goal. Thank you!

Great class and would recommend it to my colleagues! Gave 1 star less as some questions and mind map cards did not correspond to PMBOK6.

Hello New PMP - thanks for great review. You may not recall we discussed why we do this in class (for the test questions) - PMI has based the PMP exam on their 2015 Exam Content guide. They have specifically said the PMP exam is not based on the PMBOK 6th Edition. We find that more people pass the current version of the PMP exam when we include older versions of the PMBOK in our test questions. Regarding the mind map cards - those are all based on the PMBOK 6th Edition. The Cheetah Intel sheets in the student summary guide we include both the PMBOK 6 and PMBOK 5 versions of the material because it is what is required to pass the current version of the exam. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings. Thanks again for the great review.

Cheetah Learning - PMP Prep
Cheetah's PMP prep methodology was certainly different than what I had anticipated, yet, I embraced it, put in the work, and put it into practice with a positive end result. My coach was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable on project management, professional, and succinct in his delivery to have the most impact. I would have went with 5 stars, however, after feeling like I was prepped to the nine's after the course, I suddenly didn't feel as prepped by the course as I should have been while taking the exam. I felt there were numerous areas of the PMBOK and/or test taking strategies that were not provided in our preparation. I understand it is difficult to cover it all or really know what the exam will entail but I think their curriculum should have prepared us more than it had. All in all, great experience and result, I recommend Cheetah Learning for the PMP exam.

Hi Erik, PMP - congratulations. It's a very interesting exam - some folks tell us the prep was uncannily right on and others are at the other end of the spectrum. We do evaluate all feedback collectively though and update the course monthly to make sure it's giving people the best chance to pass the current version of the exam. So thank you very much for sharing your experience.

Can't judge this book by its cover...
The content is excellent in preparing for the exam. The only reason for a 4 vs 5 is the look and feel of the site and the course documents. There is a mixture of fonts (some hard to read) and colors. Overall the material has a dated look and feel. From the beginning it made me skeptical about the course. Even the website looks dated. It is time to update the UI and focus on a modern consistent visual identity.
In the end, I passed the exam and that is what matters most!
