DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I'm warning you...... I placed an order on 5/31/2020 for Father's Day and still have not received my on 6/24/2020. I requested to cancel my order and they are refusing to refund my money. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a t-shirt for my Dad, following their instagram advert which was specifically aimed at Father’s Day. Father’s Day In the UK is Sunday, 21st June. The status still shows as ‘preparing to print’ and it’s 24th June. The responseS from customer service is just fobbing me off and not providing I’m having to escalate to PayPal

I ordered two shirts on 05/17. It still shows printing but I received one shirt a few days ago. I’ve tried to call, no option for a person. The “chat” option doesn’t work. I’ve emailed twice and gotten the same canned statement back blaming Covid. How is it I received one shirt, but it still shows printing for the whole order? I emailed a third time today telling them if I didn’t get a real response, I would report to PayPal as fraud.

This is my second complaint about this company. So now 21/2 weeks late, only 1 shirt not 2.... half my order and they wouldn’t let me cancel it weeks ago because it was in process. Do not order from this company. They don’t care and only want your money. Horrible customer service. April Tester

***BUYERS BEWARE*** This company also uses other names; Tee95, MosseyTees If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a tee on 5/20 for Father's Day. I have checked the site several time before Father's Day to see when it could be expected. As of today the order is still in "printing" status. The message on the site reference delays due to COVID-19. The ship time has changed from 5-15 days to 10-20 days. The number listed on the site does not give you an option to talk with anyone. It is a continuous message referencing delays in delivery due to COVID-19. I believe they are a scam company. When selecting to send an inquiry (my 2nd one) about my order, it said my order was scheduled to ship on 6/18 as of today 6/23 still no shirt in site. I will definitely be reporting this company to BBB as well as dispute the charges with my bank for a refund. Hopefully future potential buyers will check the reviews before spending their time and money with this company!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I selected a shirt they had in the "perfect for fathers day" area and I ordered. 5/23/2020. I heard nothing until I emailed them. they said there was a covid-19 delay. ok I understand. Friday beofre fathers day no shirt. on 6/23/2020 2 days after fathers day I get an email saying your shirt has been shipped. My fathers day gift has been shipped 2 days after fathers day and ordered a month before. If it was going to take this long then dont advertise as a fathers day gift, dont make me contact you. tell me my purchase wont be there for what they say is a perfect fathers day gift! I emailed them and expressed my disappointment and didnt get a response other than we will email you when your item is shipped. I buy lots of novelty tee's but wont go back to Cheery Tees. I am hoping the tee is of good quality and is worth it, dont know I havent gotten it yet!

Like everyone else here I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day and still haven’t received it. When I email them I just get a pre written letter back. It doesn’t matter what I send them, I get the same response back. It’s been almost a month since I ordered and still no shirt. Update: I did get the shirt, just very late.

0 STARS DO NOT ORDER FROM CHEERY TEES No shirt. Account charged. 6 weeks later still no shirt. I emailed and submitted a claim several times. The emails and claims are sent back with blanket statements and still NO resolution.
