This is a scam business...Can't reach them via phone nor email. I have order a T-shirt for Father's Day that still didn't get delivered. They received their money while order still being processed, most companies do not charge your card until ordered is shipped. We need a class action lawsuit against this company!!

I purchased 2 shirts on June 4th, and was sent a confirmation that my order would ship in 5-15 business days. They charged my shirts as two separate orders, doubling my shipping costs, and it is now July 6th and the shirts are still in the “Printing Process.” I sent an email, and they are blaming their delays on Covid and ignored my complaint regarding charging it as two orders. It is bad business to promote an item for Father’s Day knowing that you will not get it to the costumer on time! Especially, when you charge someone’s bank account before the items are ready to ship!!!!! Fingers crossed that I will get it for next Father’s Day. Horrible business!!!! Will NEVER order from them Cherrytees again!!!!

Bad company. Ordered a tee shirt for Father’s Day? Still nothing. Cannot get hold of them for explanation or refund. This company is a scam!!

Don’t order from them! I ordered a t-shirt for Father’s 33 days ago and it still didn’t arrive!!! Every time I call them, their automatic answer says that the shirt will arrive in 5 days!!! I’m still waiting... what a scam!!!

Ordered for father's day, still not delivered, 3rd if July... Do not use this company

Wow, I see a lot of people are upset with this company and I agree, I also wished I had read these reviews prior to ordering my so called, "Father's Day shirts", and belated Mother's day. I ordered 5 shirts on May 22nd- its July 3rd!! I spent about $145. I ordered shirts, from the kids, for my husband, my Dad, my Mom, my Mother in law, and myself. Whew! I did get a nice quick reply via email. I was happy that I did receive a partial refund of about $43, last month after complaining. However, the holiday has come and gone. No gifts! I almost forgot I ordered them its been so damn long. We're fixing 2 houses so I am ordering a lot of stuff lately and I am really patient. But come on now. I'm going from patient to pissed!

I should have researched this company and read reviews prior to ordering. I normally do that but this particular day I did not. I ordered a Father’s Day T-shirt for Father’s Day on June 5th. On June 21 I emailed them because Father’s Day has came and went wanting to know where was my order. I received an email stating that due to COVID-19 the production was delayed and that I would receive my order by July 3rd. And they gave me a $3.40 refund. So here it is July 2nd and I checked the status. ITS STILL PRINTING!! So I’m sure, I’m not receiving my t-shirt tomorrow. Basically on July 5th it will be a month. This is utterly ridiculous especially since this company has a USA address. I received an international order with standard shipping faster than this!!!!

ZERO STARS This is a terrible company with terrible customer services. I placed an order on June 6th for a father's day gift expecting that 14 days would be sufficient to receive my shirt in time. It is now July 1 and my purchase has yet to even be printed. I contacted the company and they said "Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are sent to production shortly after the order is placed. As your order has already entered the production process, we are unfortunately unable to cancel at this time." However, when I track my order, it says that my order is preparing for print. It hasn't even been printed yet - 4 weeks later!!! They also told me to expect it to ship out by July 3. Not sure how that is possible if it hasn't been printed yet. They refuse to refund me and cancel my order. I'm so disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before I purchased from them. Lesson learned. Hopefully this will save you from making the same mistake. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY!
