I ordered a fathers day gift over a month ago. I still have not received it. This is a fraudulent company. Do not order from them!

Like so many others, I too have given this company my money for a Father's Day gift that never came. I ordered in early June and I am still struggling to get my money back. After multiple emails, they say it "is too late to cancel" and that they are "expediting my order." Well, for it to be taking this long, it must be coming from China and I do not want the product if it is coming from China. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I hope that others do too. Maybe we can get them shut down so they cannot steal anyone else's money.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered in early June. I received an email that my order was shipping July 12th. It's now July 20th and I received another email that stated my order is processing and I can expect it in 10 to 20 days. This was a gift that no longer is needed. I requested a full refund and told them how TERRIBLE they are with their service. I understand COVID is an issue, but don't LIE to your customers!!!!

DO NOT ORDER. VERY disappointed! Not only did the sweater VERY late! I ordered beginning of May thinking it would be here by atleast Father’s Day.... it JUST come in the mail. The customer service was crap for helping AND the writing on the sweater is not the size pictured. Was expecting the writing to be much bigger. I also should have ordered a size up as it runs small and once I wash it, it won’t fit my husband. DONT ORDER!

If there was a “no star” that’s what I would choose! It’s a month past Father’s Day and I still have not received my order and now I just got an email that my order shipped with an option to track it but when I click to track it, it says it doesn’t recognize the tracking number......so disappointed!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a Fathers Day tee shirt June 6 for my Dad because I couldn’t see him because of Covid. It’s July 18 and they have still not made the shirt. They sent me an email saying it’s “processing”. They have been saying this for weeks already. How could it take so long? They marketed it as a Father’s Day Gift. I am so angry at this company for ruining my gift. They are for sure a farce. Thankfully I used PayPal and just issued a complaint and they refunded me immediately which means that must be having issues with this company.

Today's message to CherryTees: I am very upset that my shirt has not arrived. Is it coming from outside of the country? Please let me know what is taking so long. For some reason, the status is still "pre-transit"???? I purchased it on 6/28 hoping to receive it for an event, but that didn't happen. I then thought it would at least be here by 7/20 for a birthday and I'm not confident that will happen. I've had a great experience with Etsy and would hate for this to be the first negative one. I will be requesting a refund if it's not here by 7/20.

Still waiting on a Father’s Day order placed 6/6 as of 7/15. I knew it probably wouldn’t make it in time, but this is unacceptable. Tracking doesn’t show shipped yet.
