5/13/20-Ordered Father's Day t-shirt & mug for my husband. Full order amount of $49.94 charge from TeeChip on my PayPal account. 5/15- Order was processed. The ordering info stated the product would ship in 5-15 business days. So latest anticipated shipping date would be 6/5/20, 16 actual days before Father's Day (6/21) 5/22- Mug was shipped. Received email stating order was fulfilled. No info showing when t-shirt will be shipped. 5/30- Mug is delivered. Inquiry filed with Cheery tee for missing shirt. 6/17 Response to email with information to file a claim. No claim filed. I figure the shirt will not be in by Father's Day and I forget all about it. 7/25- T-shirt shipped more than 50 business days after ordering. DHL tracking info attached to order says it can not be located.

Ordered a gift for my father back in early June. I received one delivery date and then as soon as my order was complete the date changed! It is now two months later and still not order. I will never do business with this company again!!!! Someone needs to shut them down because it looks like they have done this to so many others. None of my emails have been answered.

I NEVER RECEIVED IT SO I WENT ON THEIR WEBSITE TO ASK FOR A REFUND BY MAANY TRYS THEY SAID THEY NEVER SEEN A REQUEST FOR ME AND SAID THEY DONT DO REFUNDS AND NOW THEY ARE FINALLY SHIPPING IT ! FATHERS DAY WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO!!! SCAMMERS IM GOING TO REPORT TO MY BANK

Where is the no stars option? Still waiting on 3 shirts totaling $85 of which I ordered on June 6th, even a week or two after Father’s Day would have been okay, but here we are 48 days after placing the order and still nothing. Anytime you email them they give the same generic copy and paste email saying the item is printing and blah blah, they have been telling me that since the 15th of June. They refuse to refund or cAncel although I still would just rather have the shirts but at this rate I think it’s a scam site.

I like all of you have been lied to about father's day gift . My order will be going on 2 months yes 2 months to get a tshirt i would at the mall ! So disgusted customer service dead end. My next step is paypal and BBB.

TERRIBLE company!! I ordered a shirt in May for Father’s Day. It still hasn’t shipped. Employees are also incredibly rude. Every time I talked with someone they would “submit a claim” and tell me someone will contact me within 72 hours. It’s been over 10 days and I still haven’t heard from anyone. They just keep telling me my order is in process and will ship on June 11th, even though we are in the middle of July. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back since they refused to cancel my order and refund me. Thankfully PayPal took care of it.

I ordered a shirt 3 weeks before Father’s Day! Today is July 21st and I just got an email stating the shirt has been shipped!!!!! Horrific!!!!!
