Not sure why they even asked me to review. Ordered 6/2 when it said order to receive by Fathers Day. It was shipped the day before or after. I got it to the Thursday AFTER Fathers Day. He still liked and appreciated it. Which I why the 1 star. Otherwise it’d be a zero. Time sensitive gifts are expected to arrive timely. I know not to order my Halloween costume from them so it can arrive Thanksgiving Day.

Horrible company. Dont waste your money with their products. Service is pathetic!

I’d like to give this company 0 stars for their customer service. Did receive the mug in time for Father’s Day. However, the mug is the size of a kid’s mug. There is no way an adult male would use this mug. I asked for a refund and was told no because each item they sell is made specifically for that customer. THERE IS NO WAY! Ridiculous response. So disappointed!!! Their customer satisfaction is nonexistent.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. We ordered a Fathers Day shirt w/ promised delivery prior to the day and it has still not arrived and it is 6/22! Over a week late, we also sent several emails and they had a generic response and in turn would not allow us to cancel the order! It’s rare to deal with such horrible companies! Beware and GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

As many of the other reviews state below, I placed an order on 6/9 for Father’s Day but today is 6/19 and the status of my order says it’s still “printing”. The shirt is not custom so I don’t understand what’s taking so long? The email confirmation sent AFTER I placed my order stated that my order would ship 5-10 days after it’s received. However, this disclaimer was not included prior to my placing the order or I would have chosen a different gift. I do not recommend this site and will not be ordering from them again.

My story is identical to many of these reviews! Ordered shirt for Father's Day on 6/1/19. Today is 6/19/19 and have not received it. Status of shirt ("printing") has not changed since 6/5/19. The website states shipping within 5 to 10 business days which would've placed it at 6/14/19 at the outset. This is not even a custom shirt, btw. Should be able to pull it right off the rack and ship it out. Attempts to reach the company have been beyond frustrating. Not a telephone number to be found anywhere. The 24/7 "Live Chat" has no icon to select and emails are handled with standard, computer generated replies. If you select "Other" as the title of your email, you get to describe your problem in a little more detail but are warned that it will be another 3-5 days before anyone even looks at it! I will never do business with this company again and feel that a 1 star rating is too generous!!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and has not even been shipped! Status says "printing" and has not changed in over a week. I placed an order a week before Father's Day and hasn't even been shipped. There is no customer service number and only a automatic generated message. Horrible customer service!

Fake delivery promises. Responded to a Facebook ad that promised Father's Day delivery. They asked for a screenshot to prove their offer. Who thinks to do that when they are ordering from a reliable vendor? Shameful tactics. Don't waste your time.
