Wish I could give zero stars! Terrible customer service. There is no phone number you can call, only email or “chat” with a robot. First of all, my order was very late. Also they sent me two of the same shirts instead of the two different ones I ordered. After MULTIPLE. “chats” and email they said they will fix it. They are sending my THE SAME shirt that I already got two of!!! When I made many more attempts to let them know it is still incorrect, they emailed me today that my order is on the way. Still the same shirt being shipped!!! So now I’ll have 3 identical Father’s day shirts for my Dad and none for my Father in law. I give up on getting the right shirt!!!

Same as other reviews. Merchandise did not arrive in time for Father's Day. On chat I got only a pre-written message and then they signed off before I could reply. Twice. My credit card is disputing but it will take time and hassle. Very sorry I did business with Cheery Tees. Not reputable.

Same as what everyone else is saying! Ordered a Father's Day Mug that arrived defective. I went on to their site to file a claim saying I only wanted a refund as Father's Day now had passed, and they said they would not do a refund and would only send a replacement. What a stupid policy with horrendous customer service. These products are nothing special and you can get them many other places-just not here!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO. NOT. TRUST. Their website claimed a holiday (Father's Day) could be met and they never delivered on time...shipping was actually 1.5 weeks later!!!!!!! When I contacted the company for a refund, they refused - although they admitted, "experienced an unusually large number of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule". My bank restored my money, but this company is SAF!

I ordered a T-shirt on May 26th for Father’s Day. After 3 weeks I called to cancel the order because I never received it and Father’s Day was over. After I called to cancel the order, it was shipped out two days later. The company told me that it was against their policy to allow returns. They were impossible to contact and I received a lot of “prewritten” responses that did not even make sense. This company will not work with you if there is a problem. I am very disappointed!

Same experience as everyone else. My wife saw this on FB and ordered two shirts (one for my father and one for my father in law). She ordered them 6/7 and expected them by Father's Day. They had not shipped. The customer service chat is only open from 9-5 Monday - Friday. She did chat with someone yesterday who gave her a 10% discount. And "magically" our item was set for shipping (Even though it has not moved AND only a shipping label was created 6/18). We did get a 10% discount, but when I asked for more, was told sorry we can only offer a discount during shipping. Do NOT order from them at all!

Customer Service.... are they kidding themselves?. Finally received the final part of our Father's Day order....yesterday, June 24. NO WAY to contact customer service when we received the first part of the order on the day AFTER FATHER'S DAY.
