Shirts are great but it was way too…
Shirts are great but it was way too small. I've sent 3 emails about exchanging it and have not heard back. Buyer beware. It's an expensive shirt to have customer service not respond to issues.

The ghost of customer service
I tried to correct my order and followed the company’s instructions exactly. No one in customer service serviced this customer unfortunately. My father got the wrong shirt I was able to correct the order. What a bummer! Shirts are great but this is a first and last purchase for me.

Tiniest XL tee I've ever seen
Tiniest XL tee I've ever seen. I'm not sure my 3year old granddaughter could wear it let alone me!!! And it says Granny on it so it's not like I can gift it to someone!!!! What a HUGE disappointment!!

Ordered a t-shirt for my husband on…
Ordered a t-shirt for my husband on December 8th and here it is 5:15 pm Christmas Eve and nothing. Furious!! About $12 of the total was shipping. Ridiculous!!! Never again!

First order was the wrong shirt, second order was 2 items and I only received one, so now this Christmas Gift is ruined. And there's NO phone number, of course.

My shirts have been in printing status…
My shirts have been in printing status for a week...still haven't shipped. website promised by cmas...however I dont see that happening since they have yet to ship. Disappointed!!!! Will not purchase again. I want my money back since I won't receive them by cmas like stated!!!

find someone local and replicate their design
We placed our order on December 11th before 8am, it was an advertisement to get gifts by Christmas. NOTHING was personalized, it was all stock, two shirts and two mugs. Yesterday, December 19th they processed the order, expected delivery is December 26th! Never would have spent $93.88 with this company for gifts that were “just for fun” had I known the order would take over two weeks!

Don't do it, you'll be sorry.
They need 0 stars. The advertisements lie, they pull them quickly, they can't meet guaranteed delivery dates. Comments on their FB pages are hidden so that it's hard to see just how many angry and disgruntled customers they have--tons. Customer service is a joke, they are utterly useless as their goal is just to get their money, not to fulfull any sort of committment. Con artists. They should be shut down.
