Ordered in April... and still nothing! I understand there was going to be a little bit of a delay, but what is SUPER frustrating is that when you try to get a status update there is a generic auto response that states the same thing. You can’t talk to anyone- so don’t bother. I ordered this for a birthday present, and it looks like I won’t be able to give my Dad anything. DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME!!!

I ordered 3 birthday shirts on 4-14-20. I still have not received them or any confirmation of shipping. I called the customer service number, only to receive an automated message of delays from Covid-19. Said order is still processing! Birthdays have already gone by. Scam of a company. Do not order from here!

Ordered two birthday shirts in April 10. Still haven’t received them.. didn’t receive a confirmation email or any updates until April 28. There is no customer service. I will NEVER order from this horrible “company” again..

Ordered a birthday themed tank on 4/11/2020 and have NOT gotten it. Birthday just about over!!! It did't go to print until 4/14. DHL shipping tracking left Texas on 4/22!!! Supposed to be delivered by USPS and they have yet to receive it. Sent multiple emails to company and one final said to complete the email for another tank... what part of too late to give and refund my money do they not get?! Rotten customer service. Sad because it was the perfect gift.

If I could give a NEGATIVE star, I would. I placed an order on 12/2/19 and STILL have not received my order. When I try to fill out a claim, their website says my order number cannot be found. No phone number to speak to a live person. TOTAL RIP OFF!

Ordered a shirt for my father in law, came in timely and was of good quality. Unfortunately I blew it on the size and contacted them about returning it for a larger size. Shouldn't be a big deal, right? I filled out the form on line and sent an email to customer service explaining the situation. CS said they would be in touch with me in 48 to 72 hours. That was over two weeks and multiple emails ago and I have yet to hear from anyone since. Buyer beware. If you don't get your order right the first time you're screwed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order Dec 7th with a guarantee it would arrive by Christmas or the item would be refunded. It's January 3rd. No shirt and the refused to refund me. Called. No answer. Emailed multiple times. No reply. Got them via chat and the closed the chat on me. Horrible company to deal with.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The shirt I ordered was the lowest quality fabric I have ever had my hands on. Stiff, scratchy and paper-like. After requesting a refund for my purchase, my claim was denied; even thought the website says "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed".
