Patrick Grimm did an excellent job on this loan. I had a poor experience with another lender and ended up calling CheerLending. Patrick was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was on top of the process and guide me through every step of the loan. Thank you Patrick

Patrick Grimm was by far one of the best representatives I've worked with at CheerLending. I truly appreciate his hard work and efficiency while dealing with our process. He created an experience of assurance, professionalism and great customer service. I am a returning customer and still have nothing but great things to say about this company. I look to continue working with you guys on my future endeavors. Thad Lane is also a wonderful manager and cares not only for his clients but his staff as well. Thank you again CheerLending for providing the best service.

Patrick Grimm is a valuable asset to CheerLending. Patrick has been a pleasure in guiding us through our refinance process. We both can say that he has been the best that we have had through a number of refinancing in our 35 years. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and possesses a caring disposition and personality. Without reservation, we have already recommended Patrick and CheerLending to family and acquaintances! Sincerely, Jim & Sharron Turner

Patrick Grimm is a professional at the highest level! Patrick takes the time to explain processes and never makes you feel inferior. Patrick and the entire CheerLending team were able to get my loan refinanced in weeks. No surprises because every step of the way was transparent and thoroughly explained.

The communication deserves more than 5 stars; we had regular updates by phone and email from Patrick Grimm—at least twice weekly. In addition when there was new info Patrick immediately notified us. even more impressive than the stellar communication: our options were explained clearly, next steps were easily set up and achieved, and the entire process was the easiest lending experience I have ever been through! I would definitely refer everyone to Cheerlending!
