Kristin H. was awesome. I work days, my husband nights but she was flexible and worked around our time constraints. She’s very efficient and thoroughly explains the whole process. No surprises. She’s a pleasure to speak with, professional and informed. She locked in a phenomenal rate and the whole process was a very smooth transaction. She made the whole refinance process the best experience we’ve ever had! We received excellent, professional service and highly recommend Kristin Hinitt & Patrick of Cheerlending.com

I highly recommend CheerLending, I talked with Judge Hammond to begin with. He took down all the information he needed from me. He was so polite and answered all my questions that I had. Then He asked me to send all the paperwork via Fax or email to him. Then I was forwarded to Patrick Grimn, He also was great, I had all the confidence with him. I had a little problem with my credit, but it was taken care of. Now I have signed papers and waiting for my money that they will pay off my bills. I give both "Judge and Partick 5 stars". Thanks for all there help. Sincerely Judith A Morgan

The level of professional care and service I received was truly Awesome !! This company took their time to hear my concerns and addressed them quickly. In fact many transactions was successfully completed within hours and not days or weeks. I would highly recommend CheerLending to all. I wish there was a way to give 10 stars but 5 is the highest.

very thorough

I was looking to refi my home mortgage and I came across this company. I contacted Ms. Amy. She was very quick to respond to my queries and sent me the quote immediately. Once I decided to go with them, I was introduced to Ms. Yasmine who took me through the process smoothly till the end. All my concerns/questions were answered promptly with a smiling face and the whole process was kept very transparent. I would recommend this company and these two ladies to anyone who is looking to finance or refinance their home mortgage.

Cheerlending loan officers are some of the greatest in the refi world. Kristin and Jessica would say they were going to call me at a date and time and they always called just as they said they would making my refi run smoothly.

The staff at CHEER LENDING have once again walked us through another mortgage during this challenging and chaotic time. For them it was a breeze. Thad, Jessica and Amy worked extremely hard in finding us the best rate of the market, a reputable company and closing within about 30 days. Terrific. They were able to answer all of our questions and stayed in touch directly and completely throughout the process. This isn’t the first time we’ve used CHEER LENDING and it won’t be the last.

Kristin and Jessica was very professional and handled my loan process quickly... I had a great experience
