The transaction went smoothly. No big issues. Judge and Yasmin were pleasures to work with.

Refinancing a mortgage as a self employed independent contractor during a pandemic can be a daunting task. After withdrawing two previous applications with lenders, due to frustration with their inability to verify my sources of income, I was able to find Amy at Cheerlending. Amy teamed me with Jessica who took me through the application process. Unlike my previous experience, I was confident Jessica had the knowledge to get it done. Ultimately, Cheerlending was able to refinance my mortgage at a great rate saving me hundreds of dollars a month. I couldn't be happier. Amy and Jessica are the best. Thank you Cheerlending Tim Punta Gorda, Florida

I couldn’t be more pleased. Judge Hammond and Yasmin Henson made the whole refi process so very easy. Plus they got me a great rate and the whole process took less than a month.

Working with Kristin made this entire process quick, stress free, and found the exact rate I was looking for. She was very professional, and knew every question that was thrown her way.

Working with our agent "Will" and his team was surprisingly effortless. While I was skeptical at first, all the claims presented to me were either met or exceeded. Great experience!

We worked with Will and he made the process smooth for us.. he was friendly and great with answering questions and I would totally recommend this company to any of my family and friends

Best experience ever. 3rd refi with this team. Also, professional, effective and personable. Jessica, Will, Judge and Thad are a great team ever and I had no complaints. I give them the highest rate possible.
