Since the market has become very favorable to refinance, as interest rates have dropped significantly, I started exploring the possibility of refinancing my current VA mortgage loan (only 5 years into the loan). I did some research and talked to multiple companies/banks/lenders (at least 5) to gather some basic information and some numbers. CheerLending was by far the best option as they provided me with the lowest interest rate, lowest closing costs and straight up answers. Additionally, CheerLending's customer service was the best; very friendly and honest. They are always there to guide you in every step of the way and to answer any questions that you might have. Nate Lighter (my loan advisor) and Caprice Giddens (my loan coordinator) were the best! They provided me with great customer service (always there to answer my questions and help me in any way possible); they made the process extremely simple and seamless for me. The process was extremely efficient and fast. If you are looking to refinance give CheerLending a chance an you will find out that they are the best option out there (regardless of the type of loan that you have or want). I called CheerLending, and expected to be treated just like cattle going off to be branded. Here I am, just got branded, (OUCH!) there I go. Upon getting Judge on the phone and each of us speaking, I felt that this person actually was interested in what I wanted to do and wasn't going to "Pass me through" to the next stage.
