Claudia and Marina were amazing! My first refinancing experience with a different lender a couple years ago was not a good experience at all and there were delays that caused my interest rate to increase in the end (which this was my goal to drop my interest rate in refinancing); however, these ladies made it way too easy! Everything was handled over the phone and they followed up with me every week and in between if I needed! Everything they needed paper wise, I was able to submit through phone with no hassle! We went over the numbers a few times and nothing changed as promised, they locked in my numbers and rates from the start! Everything went so smooth I was seriously amazed and grateful! I can’t say enough great things with them and this experience! My co-worker recommended cheerleading and I’m not regretting it at all! I would recommend them for your future refinancing lender! 💚💞 thank you Claudia and Marina so much for all your work and making this experience so easy!

Nate and Marina were excellent....Highly Recommend Cheer Lending

Patrick and Nate did a wonderful job in refinancing my home. They are very thorough, patient and honest on every questions I asked. Excellent...

This is my second refi through CheerLending. What a professional business! Each person does a part of the process, each person thoroughly knows their part of the interaction. They make this so easy for us. Love the people at CheerLending.

Hello to all let me start out saying Judge Hammond and Yasmin did a fantastic job on getting our re fi done.Very prompt on answering questions and always kept us informed on any changes I highly recommend cheerlending to any one who needs mortgage help. THANKS YOU GUYS GERALD HALL!!!

So this was my second time working with CheerLending. I did a refi last year with them and again this year. In fact I just closed my loan this week. I have to say that working with CheerLending has been the best experience I have ever had working with a mortgage lender. The staff is so great particularly Kristin and Justin. It was such a pleasure to work with them and this time around they were able to secure me a better deal than my last refi. I honestly didn't think I would be able to do another refi so quickly but because the market has been so crazy they were able to reach out to me and make me aware of what they could do for me. They were so easy to work with once again and are very knowledgeable which makes the whole process from start to finish as simple for you as possible. I can't say enough great things about the folks over at CheerLending. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. Thanks again!

The entire process working with Cheerlending was the best home buying experience I've had so far, and I've brought 3 other homes in the past. They were professional, kept all appointments, and always made you feel you were a very important client. It was truly a pleasure. Nancy Hamann
