Will Pomerich and Justin Hardaway have been hard at work from the get go. I truly, genuinely, and could confidently attest that this company and these guys deserve my feedback ! They have been wonderful. There is no doubt in their competency and skills. They were amazing ! I was so glad to have picked up the phone and called Cheer Lending to inquire.

Excellent service, professionalism and kindness made for a pleasant experience!

I never would have guessed from a commercial that I would luck into such a GREAT company to work with to refinance my primary home! Having just finished a refinance process for my rental property with another lender referred by a realtor, I was thoroughly disgusted and frustrated with the errors and mistakes committed by the lender. So despite the perfect timing to refinance my home, I dreaded going through the process again. BUT HELLO! I found Cheer Lending and they were outstanding to work with and a truly professional company!!! Judge collected my documents and Marina coordinated the loan process All was handled efficiently, all calls were timely and to the point. What impressed me was their preparedness for each call. They did not repeat questions from prior calls, had reviewed my documents and knew what stage of the process we were in prior to the call, Even communication with their co-workers was up-to-date so that our time on the phone was productive. I never felt a languishing moment with Cheer Lending. On top of it all, I got an outstanding rate and the closing was expeditious and as promised. I highly recommend anyone looking to finance or refinance a home to check out Cheer Lending, you couldn't ask for a more processional company!!!

I was referred to CheerLending by a dear friend. She shared her excellent experience in refinancing her home and encouraged me to call. From my very first conversation with Will he shared insightful solutions with personal care tailored to my specific refinancing needs. From that first day to signing our loan, every call and communication was timely. Every one I spoke to took the time to clearly explain details that added to my confidence in knowing they are an excellent company.

Excellent Customer Service. Very helpful agents, questions answered in a concise way. Knowledgeable and personable. would recommend Claudia and Patrick to anyone looking to refinance. Thank you,

Judge & Caprise took care of my application whom from the start I felt their sincere accomodation. They're professionally friendly and truly know their craft, regularly they updated me the status of my application until the final stage. I was no longer interested to refinance after being denied by my lender for over 25 years until I talked to Judge who evaluated my Financial capacity with our fixed income & pursued. I am grateful  I called your company and found people who are truly knowledgeable and honestly helpful.
