We refinanced using Cheerlending with Judge Hammond late last year, and he did a phenomenal job with answering all of our questions, communicating all expectations and timelines, and just being overall a very professional and courteous representative. After our transaction he let us know that he would keep an eye out for any better refinance rates in the future for us. A few weeks ago, he contacted us again to let us know it was a strong time for us to refinance again at an even better rate, and because my husband and I remembered him fondly, we went for it. So glad we did, he again worked with Patrick the numbers guy and the Cheerlending team to get us an even better rate and we were signed and closed within 10 days. Awesome company, highly recommend working with Judge and also Patrick for refinancing needs!!!

Working with the Cheerlending team especially Nate and Caprice was nothing short of an amazing experience. My wife and I were a little concerned at first, as like everyone else we were dealing with our home and had several unknowns in refinancing. Caprice was very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She kept us completely informed throughout the entire process and was more than happy to thoroughly answer any question we had. We have already referred some of our friends to Cheerlending and were advised they received the same quality service we did. Thank you Nate, Caprice and everyone at Cheerlending, we are truly grateful !!! Cheerlending is a 5 star company !!!

Awesome experience with this great organization. Aaron and Will Pomerich was amazing! Thanks for helping us get our house refinanced. Stephen and I really do appreciate everything you guys did for us!! : ) Thanks again! The BALENTINES

I would like to commend Judge Hammond and Patrick Grimm from Cheer Lending. Our loan process from start to finish was painless and fast. We have never worked with a lender that will speak with you at least twice a week, made appointments for you to stay in the know and if there was a process that was not happening fast enough they would surely let you know. We have worked with other Lenders in the pass and the process seem to take forever and to tell the truth we had just refinance our loan in April 2021 and Cheer Lending offer ed a better rate and plus paid off a big debt that we wanted to get rid of. I have recommend Cheer Lending to my neighbor. Judge & Patrick you are the best and Gary said to give you both HIGH FIVE for a great job. Gary & Janet Cooper

Working with Nat L; was a great experience. Nate made the loan process easy. He answered all my question and never pushed me to a loan option that I don't like. As a person with Finance background, I asked the hard questions and he was willing to answering my questions without attitude of superiority. Always open to say "I can call tomorrow if you want to think about it". Thanks Nate; keep the good work

The Cheerlending team is awesome...they gave us a grand slam hit with our loan! Nate Lightner is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He and Patrick put our loan together in record time. We will never deal directly with a bank again! Thanks Cheerlending
