I made a first time purchase on Aug…
I made a first time purchase on Aug 1st. I made one for myself and then went to send an item to my sons, each who each live in other states. However, when I went to place my order, the discount did not apply. It did not make sense to have orders for them come to me, only to have me turn around and ship them to them. I looked all over your website to see why the discount/sale code only worked once and could find no disclaimer. I then reached out to CS by Email and to date have not received a reply. I also have not received my purchase. Its been 10 business days. I don't blame you for that because I realize our USPS is having problems thanks to our current administration. This is why, without product or an answer from CS I'm giving you 2 stars.

Received a email saying order was being…
Received a email saying order was being shipped and that I would receive in 4 days. Took me almost another week to get the order and all this was blamed on USPS. Had been ordering from Dr Strain and had always received my order on time. Thought I would try cheefs Botanicals to see how their product was , liked the product just not them being able to ship in timely manner so guess I will stick with Dr Strain.

Shipping info inaccurate
Shipping info inaccurate. An estimated arrival of 4 more days from stated August 7th. caused me to drive to a CBD storefront here to purchase a bottle of the same CBD capsules on order from you.

Where is my Cody's medication?
I am still waiting for my canines medication. It should have been here Friday the 7th. Why was it delayed? My golden has seizures and anxiety issues. The medication helps to keep him calm. Without it he's a anxious mess! Anxiety brings on seizures. In Wisconsin today(Sunday) the 9th-we are experiencing very loud thunder,lightning,and heavy wind and rain. This weather is expected Monday and Tuesday as well. Where and Why pray tell is Cody's medication? When can I expect it? If your company is experiencing shipping delays, it would be great policy to express that on your website. Notification is needed ASAP!

I PAID $7.99... and got screwed over
If I didn’t pay for shipping how long would’ve it taken to get there.... 10 days. And you’re response was generic and lame. I PAID $7.99.... EIGHT EXTRA DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING.... and still had to wait 4+ days. Package still is not here. I purchased an item the day after from the same location and already received it. And shipping was FREE!! I will more than likely not be a buyer from your company again. Being a marine corps veteran.... I’m use to organization and reliability. It’s probably no concern to you now, since you have your money. No need to respond. Ill find another company. AND WAS NOT WORTH THE WAIT
