the customer service person was great but I do not like the fact that I only have 24 hours to use a discount that is sent to me via email. I do not always check my email in time to use a discount.

Would like to see Flower info. on CBD/THC cover next to pic.of Bottle. Time/ Patience at premium to compare/read each flower content tiring. Would like to buy different flower,but to read to thru every strain CBD/THC....,put all the info. next to each bottle. Good day.

I'd like to give Cheef five stars because for the most part they seem to have good products and service. My order of CBD gummies was delivered promptly even during the Christmas rush, and the product seems to be of good quality. But they fall short in one critical area, third party lab testing. If you've done your CBD research you know that for an unregulated industry independent lab tests are critical so the consumer knows they're getting a safe and reliable product. Reputable CBD companies conduct tests on every lot to make sure each batch contains the amount of CBD promised on the package label, and whether any harmful chemicals are in the mix. They then post the certificates of analysis (COA) on their websites. Cheef appears to do that, but their COAs fall well short of this standard. For example, their COA for the gummies I purchased is a little over a year old, being dated 1/10/2020. Furthermore, it does not indicate that the product was tested for harmful ingredients. When I asked Cheef about these issues I was told that they pass off responsibility for testing for the bad stuff as the responsibility of the hemp farmer. This puts any such test results, if they even exist, out of reach of the consumer. Plus, the company appears to assume that no contaminants can enter the product anywhere along the chain from farmer to final packaging. I'm skeptical about that. That said, Cheef appears to get everything else right. Organic hemp, CO2 extraction, etc. which gets them three stars. But in the absence of proper COAs quality control is a big unknown, so I can't in good conscience give them a higher rating.

Products are good, but overpriced. I expect top shelf products for the price, but they deliver mid shelf.

Bud had more leafs than I prefer, also found a seed. Smell was great but weak. Smokes very well though.

In my opinion, the buds could have been cured better and the smoke was harsh.

The price was good. I didn't really like the taste. The first night I took it I had a horrible time trying to sleep.

The product is good, but I hate their choice for delivery. My order is two weeks late and nowhere in sight. They need to do better.
