Very brown buds, looks were not good quality. Smoke was okay. Need new growers/gardeners.

God awful slow shipping
God awful slow shipping. Got a notice that said it shipped next day, but wasn't actually picked up until a week later. Then took another week to be delivered when normal mail goes that distance (LA to SF) overnight. Effectiveness? who knows.

To be honest.
To be honest.. I'm giving you 3 stars solely based on Northern lights. I have tried many kind of cbd flowers and companies out there. Northern lights was the best out of the flowers I bought. I think the rest are just ok quality flowers they were just above par. Hawaiian haze small buds are trash in my opinion. If I buy again from you guys Northern lights will be the one I buy. I know this sound harsh but let's be honest your a business and you provide a service and I'm the consumers. And it took way to long for shipping as well.

From 1 to 3 but not happy
This is a rating update because I initially gave 1 star when after 5 days I was still waiting for a package with no future delivery date in sight. So now it's 7 days and I'm still waiting and USPS only indicates package arriving late. Although, Cheef was nice enough to return the money, I still didn't get the product which after all is what I wanted. So I still wait, don't want to order again with fear the same thing will happen. What should have been done was another product sent out with overnight priority. So I change my rating from 1 to 3 but still not happy
