Took several weeks
Took several weeks. After multiple messages via email and IG message, I got the run around and was told to keep waiting... Repeatedly. Now I'm out of town and almost 3 weeks after ordering, it was finally delivered smh. All I got was sorry and was basically told that they knew there were issues yet choose not to tell customers before ordering. Its annoying as hell to see sales signs left and right on Instagram while I'm waiting on something I ordered in November. My last order from them ever.

We also let you know that when you choose free shipping, the average wait time is 6-9 days AFTER we have processed your order and we saw that it arrived today! Please keep in mind that you are across the USA and we ship out of the largest shipping hub for the USPS in the Nation! Not sure what happened but paid for 2…
Not sure what happened but paid for 2 day shipping tracking hasn't worked and expected day was 11/19/20 which was 4 days after I ordered and the package still didn't come.

Hello Jamarcus, We were happy to see your order arrived to you within 5 days as that is what we post on our website, 4-6 days average for priority and 6-9 days on average for standard free shipping. Our site does not have a 2-day shipping so maybe that was confused with another site perhaps? Worsened My Anxiety
Unfortunately not effective for treating my anxiety, in fact it actually increased my anxiety which elevated into a full panic attack. I’ve never had a CBD not help with my anxiety and was shocked this made worse. When I reached out to the company about their no hassle refund policy because I had used more than 30% (I mistakenly took more thinking it would help before I realized it was making it worse) they refused to let me return. This has been very frustrating and not a positive experience.

Especially in this day when any opened products can be compromised for safety, we don't want to make you go through the issue of having to repackage something to send back. Just overall disappointed in quality
Just overall disappointed in quality. This is my second purchase, the first time I bought flower. It’s some of the worst tasting CBD flower I’ve tried and it was extremely dry! This time I ordered cartridges. I’ve ordered others from other companies that have been great!!! I’m honestly mad at myself for even giving Cheef botanicals another chance. Not only does it taste bad but it doesn’t seem to relax me at all!!!! Which I’ve had no problems from the other brands I’ve tried.. will not buy again, I’d advise others to spend their money elsewhere.
