There was mold the the flower. Tossed in garbage. Going to continue ordering from tweed. Gummies are good though.

Delivery of the product takes to long…
Delivery of the product takes to long to being with and this time it was the worst. It took 12 days for me to receive my items.

We are really sorry that the USPS is continuing to leave us all wondering what is going on. We do say on our website that it takes on average of 6-9 days to travel across the country and do not know why it stayed in Chicago for a few days. My bag came unsealed
My bag came unsealed. The customer service representative tried to lie to me and tell me it didn't come sealed that the zip lock was the seal. That's a bold faced lie. It has a year of section like cheese or any type of packaging of that design. I told them I didn't feel safe consuming their product with such a lacking quality assurance policy. I was told to fill out a refund for. Is however been over a week and nothing. This company is a scam do not I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are a joke.

Hello Jaime, We looked at your pics and could see that the seal was still unopened. We will replace that for you if you feel that it was sent out opened. We wish you would understand that the inner seal had not been broken and if it had, you would have been able to smell the product before you opened the outer box. Ok boy been a week but I noticed…
Ok it has been a week but I noticed nothing. My arthritis is still painful

Hi Rick! We are so very sorry to hear that! Results do take time, especially for a severe cases, like arthritis. CBD does work best when administered daily. We recommend a general dose of between 0.25mg (regular dose) OR 0.5mg (strong dose) per every 1LB of bodyweight per day. For arthritis, we would definitely recommend starting with two regular doses a day, 8-10 hours apart, for at least a week, then increasing to the strong dose if needed. WHAT IS A TOPICAL?
It was supposed to be BOGO for Topicals. Apparently the Hand Sanitizer is not consider a “Topical” because even after I placed the order, and sent an email, I only received one Hand Sanitizer and absolutely no response to my 2 emails. I’m finished.

I honestly can't recommend Cheef botanicals I ordered products that did not work for me I tried to get my money back like they guarantee they refused to give my money back they made me take another product in exchange so you decide.
