Avoid this service department
Avoid this service department – Zero communication or respect for your time. I set an appointment with Audi of Virginia Beach and was assigned to service advisor Stephany Torres. All I wanted to know was the price for a standard 100,000-mile service. It took me 10 phone calls over five hours just to get a simple answer, which I never even received. Here is how the day went:10:00 AM: Started calling to get a price quote before my appointment. Left multiple messages. No call back. Midday: Called and asked to speak to a different service advisor. Still no response. Later: Spoke to a service receptionist who promised to find out the price and call me right back. She never did. 3:00 PM: After calling 10 times with zero help, I finally called to cancel my appointment. Miraculously, right after I LEFT A BAD REVIEW, my phone rang. It was Stephany Torres. By then, it was simply too late. I ended up calling a local automotive shop instead. A real person answered immediately, gave me the price right over the phone, and treated me like a human being. No A.I., no runaround, just simple human respect. Audi of Virginia Beach desperately needs to fix their communication. I will not be back. UPDATE: SINCE I HAVE LEFT THIS REVIEW THE SERVICE REP CALLED ME TWICE MAKING EXCUSES. THE SERVICE MANAGER CALLED ME WITH AN ATITUDE ON MY CELL, I HUNG UP! SHE CALLED ME AGAIN AND I STATED I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS. THIS MORNING SHE CALLED MY OFFICE PHONE AND I STATED DO NOT CALL BACK AND HUNG UP. SHE CALLED RIGHT BACK TO MAKE EXCUSES AND TRIED THE OLD, " YOU OWN A BUSINESS" EXCUSE. I WAS FED UP AND SAID "F" OFF AND DO NOT CALL BACK AGAIN. I STAND BY MY REVIEW!
