This company has given our business a "B" rating , yet there are no reviews for our business on their site unlike the reputable B.B.B. ( who shows reviews ) In my opinion this is most likely a tactic to pay them money to increase the rating.

My hotel stay at Rivernorth hotel Chicago and they are not responding any email or phone calls in a proper way for refund of deposit. I long-ch complaint through Business Consumer Alliance and got proper reply and got my money back after one month.

Sometimes a lot better than the BBB to contact for help over a consumer issue. They need improvement on their webpage.

They've been helpful over the years with consumer refunds and issues. They are starting to slow down and get like the BBB though. Sometimes the BBB gets complaints resolved faster.
