Miss leading web site
this website claims to be in lancaster uk allthough the postcode does not exist! No telephone number despite them promoting excellent customer service. I ordered a product only to find that my account was debited more money than the check out stated and then found that it was being sent from China! I have sent three emails to them and they have only replied with, "your item is in transit"
