About the packaging
About the packaging: You would think the bubble wrap around the bottle of lube wouldn't be sufficient for shipping a plasic bottle full of liquid, especially with the USPS, but, the way they pack it, it somehow makes it through. My package was delayed because another package burst all over mine, so they had to clean mine off and put it in another plastic wrapper with an apology from the USPS for the delay and mess. Then the mail carrier stuffed the whole thing in my small mail slot! I thought my lube was the one that burst, but after getting throught the messy packaging, it turns out my lube was still intact, in the bubble wrap, the inner plastic wrap still intact! Not even a dent in the bottle. So, thank you!

Wonderful feedback, Thank you! We love the pouches, and when packaged well, we have had great success with them. They help save on shipping so we can pass along the savings to our customers. I'll let the teams know about the great work they do and the comments they receive. I would however like to apologise on behalf of USPS since they didn't handle the packages well and stuffed them into your mailbox. If you can catch your mail carrier, that would be the best way to resolve any further issues with overly large packages in your small mailbox.

Same great service for 20 years
Although its been a while, I have been a customer of CheapLubes.com since their earliest days after hearing about them in XY Magazine. They've grown since then, and the selection is larger. But the value and attention given to filling each order is just as good as it ever was. The cost of lube, like everything else, has gone up sharply in the last 4 years. Any time I can get my preferred lubes for a better value, I'm going to be happy. And that's just what CheapLubes.com offered me: the same 16oz tub of Boy Butter original formula for less than I could buy it from Boy Butter themselves. Additionally, with a 15 percent off coupon code, I decided to try a couple different lubes as well, ones that I've been curious about but had always found too expensive to buy just to try. Thanks for that, CheapLubes.com! You helped me to be certain that Boy Butter is still the best out there for hands-on stress reduction. ;-)

They accidentally didn’t send me two…
