I agreed to sign up for this exclusive lead generation machine, I was promised 8-10 leads for $120 per month with the option to stop CAL membership with 30 days notice, and not be further charged... this company cheap Ass Leads Does not do what they promise, they provided to me 7 leads, 6 were not viable names, emails or phone numbers and there were no client addresses. The 1 lead was a bankruptcy situation looking for a place to rent... I did add value to her situation in providing a number for a provider who can help her clear her credit, post the bankruptcy finalizing. They promise very modest services, and provide less than that... BRANDON told me that my next renewal charge is oct 4 and that charge is not prorated from today's 30 day cancelation notice date. I feel robbed, demeaned, and scammed by cheap ass leads is where I notified my desire to exit their non-functioning program, and Brandon called to ask if I could continue to pay them for more months... My 30 days notice should be prorated. He said they don't prorate, nor do they provide the services they promise and should be contractually bound by. Where is my insurance for their lack of following their agreement.

Total Scam received one lead that asked them to stop contacting them. I had to give them a thirty-day notice to cancel over two hundred dollars For one lousy lead. They send videos of other's success instead of the leads you paid for. Save your money; you can watch videos on YouTube for free.

Don't waste your money. This is a rip-off Company. No leads. Pure BS. Do yourself a favor. No costumer service. Nobody return your calls or text. Only when you are in the signing up process/ After cancelling my subscription they have been charging me my credit card.

Charge for just fake leads. They even don't cancel when you ask. They dont refund despite laws.

This company took out 97.00 without my permission and now I cant get a hold of them!! What the hec!! I spoke with them but i had not set anything up yet. I was suppose to but the person I was suppose to have the appointment with cancelled and never called me back and this was 2 months ago and today I say that they wilthdrew money from my account!! I am a Realtor as well so if your in Real Estate don't use them damn SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Fraudulent company after 2 days of getting false leads I requested my money back. my leads consist out of service phone numbers.and the few people that answered said they never looked for property.and asked how I got their number.another said he was on the no call list and threaten my license.I disputed their charges because not only did they charge me the 97 a month they also hit my card for 414 a month. after I recieved credit . they got in and charged me again. I thought it was old charg. now a year later I saw it was on there as I paid them. So now its to late to dispute. so if I can save you !! stay away from them. they should becalled fradulent leads. I also wrote to the BBB, many people contacted me and asked me about my experience. many of these lead programs are buying false list. that have nothing to do with realestate or anything. This happend in 2022.

They promised leads for real estate sales and not one of the leads over 80 received wanted to buy real estate. The lead had no idea why I was calling them. 99.9% of the leads didn’t respond!! I wish I could give zero stars!
