I signed up for what I thought was a simple trial, but Chatday automatically charged my card £50 for an expensive premium subscription without clear or transparent warning. The hidden terms and automatic conversion to a high quarterly fee feel incredibly misleading. I have already emailed support to request an immediate cancellation and a full refund of the £50. I expect this to be resolved promptly by their team. If you sign up for a trial here, check your bank account closely.

Stealing money from me and i never used the site before

Chatday kept charging me after i tried to cancel a trial and received no replies to multiple requests. Luckily I used Revolut and could instantly cancel — it’s the only thing that protected me here. I had to block emails as they constantly emailed me about being unable to access funds -what a hassle.

Platform does not provide "delete my account" button on the website and closing account can only be possible via contact with support that ends with: "We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of inquiries from our customers. As a result, our response times may be slightly longer than usual." Please contact us at "link edited" Best regards, Ariel Team chatday.ai" confirming exactly what I have written in the first place, after multiple e-mails sent to the chatday.ai the only answer I get is that I can cancel my subscription, either they dont understand the difference between subscription and account or it is just a user data collecting scam. This practice should be illigal!!!

No me gusta que se demora mucho para procesar los archivos y muchas veces sale error y las respuestas no son congruentes

Mi experiencia con ChatDay está siendo muy negativa. Ingresé por error al servicio porque ofrecían realizar una tarea por aproximadamente 1 dólar, oferta que en mi experiencia terminó siendo engañosa, ya que posteriormente comenzaron a aparecer intentos de cobros que no esperaba. A pesar de que al ingresar actualmente a mi cuenta figura claramente como plan gratuito, ya registré cuatro intentos de cobro en mi tarjeta AstroPay. Por suerte mantengo la tarjeta suspendida y los últimos intentos fueron rechazados. Ya me comuniqué con soporte solicitando que cancelen cualquier suscripción o autorización de pago recurrente asociada a mi cuenta, pero los intentos de cobro continúan. Lo más preocupante es que no encuentro ninguna suscripción paga activa que pueda cancelar, porque mi cuenta aparece como gratuita. Hasta que ChatDay no confirme que eliminó definitivamente cualquier autorización de cobro, recomiendo tener mucha precaución al ingresar datos de tarjeta en este servicio.

I signed up for the standard sub. I barely was into making a few pics & got a pop up saying I was out of credits. I thought this strange but was desperate to get on with the work.As luck would have it, without me knowing at the time, my bank blocked the payment for suspicious activity. The next day I had the original credits that my subscription had bought and Had emails saying that the payment was refused. So i emailed back and said there was a problem with your system last night and it would not let me proceed with my included subscription credits but today the credits show so i do not need the extra credits that i tried to purchase. They emailed me saying that if you want to cancel the subscription do like so!!! I emailed back and said I do not want to cancel sub, I just want you to stop trying to repeatedly charge my account.They sent a copy & paste exact email about canceling. After telling them 6 times i do not want you charging anything on my credit card they have made twelve attempts at charging it! I have blocked them totally on my card and have actually canceled my sub now. Also strange that their business has no official address. bit scammy that isnt it? Beware people.

BEWARE — Repeated attempts to charge me $49 for an account that is supposedly FREE I signed up for a FREE account with Chat Day AI. I did not sign up for a Pro account, I did not authorise a $49 subscription, and I have not given this company permission to take $49 from my account. Yet I have had repeated attempts every 2–3 days to charge me $49. I have contacted them repeatedly and explicitly told them to stop attempting to take money from me. I have also tried to cancel whatever subscription they believe I have and close my account — but, unbelievably, there is no option to cancel or close the account because my account is supposedly FREE. So let me get this straight: I have a FREE account. I don't have a Pro account. I didn't authorise a $49 charge. I can't find any way to cancel. I've repeatedly told them to stop. And they're STILL attempting to charge me $49 every few days. How is this acceptable? The whole experience is incredibly concerning. If I cannot subscribe to a paid service, I certainly should not be repeatedly presented with attempts to charge me for one — and if I want to close my account, there should be a clear and straightforward way to do that. I have now had to monitor my bank account specifically because of repeated attempted charges from this company. That is not what anyone should have to deal with after signing up for a free account. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before giving Chat Day AI your payment details. If you do sign up, keep a very close eye on your bank or card account and make sure you understand exactly what subscription, if any, you have supposedly agreed to. This has been an extraordinarily frustrating experience, and the lack of a clear way to cancel or close the account makes it even worse. Chat Day AI: if the account is FREE, stop trying to charge me $49. If I don't have a Pro subscription, stop trying to charge me $49. And if I want to close my account, give me a way to bloody well close it.
