In all honesty, my main concern is if any credits were deducted from my account for this. I found your customer care team would always make some nice suggestions and points. I was hoping that you would have made some changes in becoming a paid member. I have found several women on both of your website that I would love to contact. But it cost credits to send a message and it costs credits to read your mail. Would you consider changing that part of your plan. I should be able to send messages with credits, but receive and read them with no extra cost. I hope you will take my suggestions into consideration.

I completely understand the responsibly to engaging with a potential future partner takes time to build trust and communicating clearly what one wants and getting to really know one another is crucial. A sensible amount of time and money I understand needs to be invested, that I understand and accept. So far, I am very pleased with the communication I have chosen to receive. The moment you sign up you are bombarded with chat requests, many of them saying how cute you are, or how attracted to your profile they are, all BEFORE you have put anything in your profile or uploaded any pictures. That caused me to be extra cautious before spending a dime (o.k. many dimes) on chats or letters. But there are 2 things in particular that help you vent the fakes. 1. Admirer letters are free to read, so if they mention specifics about your profile, you know they have at least read it, and if it just a cut and paste from their profile (a majority are) just block them and they are out of your hair. 2. The ability to go search everything while hidden enables you to confirm if they are parked there for hours on end, or actually living real lives and checking in from time to time.
