I did not have any bad experience here but honestly speaking nothing out-standing. The ample user base allows for more potential connections. The video chat is pretty cool. That’s all. The chat sometimes lags, so does the video.

I didn't spend many credits, thank god. But I still have a large amount of unused credits worth $340. I already requested a full refund for the credits I used to communicate with the lady, as well as a refund for the remainder of my unused credits. I provided screenshots of proof and her Instagram page where she openly states she is excited to relax at Hotel Paradise for a chance at love. But I have not received a response from customer support yet. Too bad she's everywhere on the internet already. I will continue to update you guys on this scam. Final update: I finally received a refund for my unused credits. I still can not recommend this site. Use at your own discretion.

I am here to share my dating experience. I have to say that the purchasing system of CharmDate has a default which needs to be improved in the future, I did not want to purchase 16 credits, but they automatically altered my selection of 100 credits to default 16 credits without my appoval. This system default would most probably make the customer make unwilling mistake and feel disappointed and puzzled.

I have also thought of another suggestion that this site would greatly benefit from and something that I find very irritating. You should put a visible counter on all chat windows. This will let the male users know when their credits are about to run out and the chat is about to end. I have seen this feature on only one other site, but find it very useful.

Over the years I've been using this site. I have to say it has been a rollercoaster of emotions ,to find a person who is caring and true here is praticly impossible and combined with the world covid issues and chance to even be foolish enough to try and meet any one is basically hard ,even though men like me try and try .

The hassle of manually filtering out all the wrong choices doesn't go well for me. The site itself is nice, easy to navigate, with great features but what's the point of using an app if I have to filter out all the wrong matches myself.
