CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I love Charleston Shoes, I have accumulated over 20 pairs of their, boots, shoes and sandals over the years. However, I had a pair of dress shoes that I wore to a wedding (one time) and both heal tips came off. The nail on the heal was exposed and could have done a lot of damage to floors. (Luckily the floors at the wedding venue were pressed concrete.) I emailed pictures to their customer service twice and got no response. (the shoes still look brand new) I mentioned it when I most recently went to their Mother Store on King St. in Charleston SC. The sales person was very nice and gave me contact information and suggested that I try again. Once again NO response.
