this fake company stole my book and my identity. they used my bank card today for a shopping spree. they hit my card 7 times Saturday July 8th after never publishing my book and they are in Viet nam not in Los Angeles, and work under many fake aliases. I can prove everything . DO to use these people.

Much Better than You Would Believe!
I'll be honest — I didn't know what to expect walking into this.
You hear the horror stories. Pseudo-publishers who hype you up just enough to keep you paying, while delivering next to nothing. I came in guarded. What sold me wasn't a pitch. It was a moment of candor. Someone said to me and said, "James, you will do as well as the time you invest into getting the word out. I'm not going to lie to you — it can be hard."
That landed. Not because it was honest, but because it helped me understand something I hadn't fully grasped yet: writing a book and selling a book are two completely different animals.
Three weeks in, and the worries I carried through the door are gone (somewhat, lol).
Jane, Aaron, and Emma have been my primary contacts, and they have been exceptional. Attentive. Personable. They keep you connected to the project as it moves forward — not just informed, but involved. The editing, publishing, marketing, and sales support aren't just services on a checklist. They're part of an experience that makes the whole process feel less like a transaction and more like a collaboration.
I am genuinely grateful to them.
If you're sitting on a manuscript or an idea and you're wondering whether to take the leap — do it. This process is terrifying and exciting at the same time. That's how you know it's real.
I'd recommend this without hesitation.

Constructive, Friendly, Helpful. A Great Publisher!
I write this review at the end of March 2026. I have been working with Chapters Press for three full months and am very, very happy with everything.
Not only has Chapters Press published my small book quickly, not only does the book itself look great, not only have I received glowing reviews from family and friends, but the step-by-step process that Chapters Press and I went through to get from a partially crazy idea to publication was constructive, friendly, and helpful.
This is my first foray into becoming a published author. I kinda sorta knew what I wanted to do and because my whole concept was different than what has been published before, the Chapters Press team and I needed multiple back-and-forths as I revised and refined what I wanted, based in part on the team's recommendations. Through this iterative process, we have come up with a winner, I am sure, in Seven Encouraging Graduation Speeches for High School Graduates.
Chapters Press continues to show me that even though it is a small company it can stand toe-to-toe with the publishing giants in today's world. Chapters Press gave me, a new author, a chance - to publish my book, to get it "out there", to become a successful author. I cannot imagine that another publisher could have done better. I look forward to working with Chapters Press as I continue to author more books during my retirement.

They helped me refine my vision!
From the moment I submitted my manuscript I know I was in good hands. Chapter Press didn't just publish my book, they helped me refine my vision. Their development editing was insightful but never intrusive, and their cover design team captured the essence of my story perfectly. The marketing package got my book into the hands of readers I never could have reached on my own. A truly collaborative and professional experience from start to finish.
