Chapterly has nothing to do with a good formatting tool. The 30 day Money back guarantee is Fake. No one replied even I tried the App 2 Hours and asked Customer Service to refund me my Money back as the toll does not fulfill any of my author requirements

Used and paid for Chapterly for about a year. One day tried to log in and could not get in. Reset my password and logged on to find all my writing gone. Multiple emails to their support team and no response. Requested a refund and cancellation. No way to cancel my subscription on their website.

I spent $499 on add-on services. They sent a receipt and took my money but never reached back regarding the completion of the services. After 20+ email messages, they returned $99 and have not responded regarding the $400 book cover design fee. I have filed a BBB complaint. I am also filing a complaint with the Attorney General for Texas and the state division of FRAUD.

My account is canceled since 2024nand they keep charging me.. I've been trying to resolve this since November of 2024. the customer service is terrible. If you want to get something resolved. I'm going to have to cancel my card, which affects so many vendors. I am so angry..
