This discrepancy between public directors and operational managers raises accountability and compliance concerns. -Operational Risks: I found the main communication channels and decision-makers were not reflected in the company registry, making it hard to verify who is truly responsible for company actions. -Marketed Services to High-Risk Jurisdictions: Company offerings appear to target clients in regions typically subject to international restrictions, without clear public documentation of robust compliance frameworks. -Unusual Business Practices: There were numerous changes of staff, as well as conversations redirected from formal channels to WhatsApp and other non-standard methods, undermining professionalism and transparency. Because proper disclosure of management and compliance practices is crucial for safe business partnerships, I strongly recommend independent due diligence before engaging with any of these entities.
