The decal I ordered was suppose to be 4x4. When I received it the decal only measured 3x3, which was the wrong size.

The packaging that the earrings came in was not thought out for the items purchased... the earring studs were all bent because the packaging didn't protect the earrings during shipping. I tried to straighten them out as well as possible... but they aren't really straight. I think that if the earrings came in a small jewelry box, you could still use the soft packaging it was shipped in.

The order arrved timely. For the most part I was satisfied with my items. However one of the sets was very cheap and poor quality. I would not have ordered it had I known the description was not accurate. I don't know that I would order from this site again.

The Golden Eagles Youth hats that I purchased did not have the letters "USM" in the photo on your website when I ordered the eleven (11) hats. It was very disappointing when the hats arrived they had the letters "USM" under the eagle logo on the front of the hat. On the other hand, the service was quick and the hats are of good quality.

I really like the earrings, very fast ship The only problem was that one of the earrings doesn't hang properly. One faces outward as it should (when looking right on), the other, faces sideways so when you looked straight at them, I could see the face of one, the side of another.
