The wallet was expected. It looks nice and was a good replacement for my husband's old wallet. However, the small box it came in was destroyed in shopping. I guess they figured the wallet would be protected at least.

I thought that I got a reasonable deal on my Toddler's tailgate chair, as compared to some other websites. I did pay additional for 2-3 day shipping, however, and received my merchandise 8 days after I placed the order (not in time to give as a gift at a birthday party). Other than that, no complaints.

purchased 3 items 2 separate orders,minutes apart, just stickers. charged twice for shipping both orders came in one envelope. doesn't seem right.

I still have not received my order of 2 decals. They have been stuck in Dallas at the USPS facility.

OK, except it now seems that there is a scratch right in the middle of the screen. Not a massive issue, but kind of annoying. Can't see how this was a new screen given that.

Ordered 2 items... received 1 email stating both items shipped with 1 tracking number. 1 item was delivered with packing slip showing both items. Called twice during business hours and had to leave a message, never received a call back. 2nd item arrived 2 days later. All of the confusion regarding where the 2nd item was could have been avoided if an email was sent with 2nd tracking number.

I was excited to find a collegiate nutcracker and actually wanted to purchase 2 but decided I would wait to order a second one until I actually got my first one. I was so glad I did because the paint job on it was terrible and had multiple drippings all over, front and back. I can't decide whether to repaint it myself or return it and hope I get one in return that isn't such a mess!
