Well designed site but very poor customer service
While the website is designed well for all types of tournaments, if you ever need customer service, good luck! There is no phone number to call and they take several days to reply by email during a work week, even with a paid subscription. Immensely frustrating when trying to keep a league running smoothly and on schedule.
