We had a great experience with Chakra Hours. Communication was quick and clear, and everything felt organized from scheduling to setup. The session was easy to follow, beginner-friendly, and a nice reset during a busy day. Everyone walked away feeling more relaxed and refreshed. We’d happily book them again for a future team wellness break.

Chakra Hours delivered one of the most transformative wellness sessions we’ve ever had. We booked their corporate wellness program for our Dallas office, and it was a perfect reset for our entire team. The guided meditation and sound healing experience helped everyone de-stress and reconnect after a busy quarter. The instructors are professional, calming, and truly understand workplace dynamics. What I love most is that Chakra Hours customizes each session to the company’s needs, whether you want a relaxing sound bath, a mindful movement class, or a full wellness activation for your event. If your company is looking to boost morale, focus, and employee wellbeing, Chakra Hours is the best partner you can have. It’s more than just a wellness session, it’s a meaningful team experience that leaves a lasting positive impact.

We recently booked Chakra Hours for one of our team-building events, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The corporate yoga and sound bath sessions were exactly what our team needed to unwind, recharge, and reconnect. Nina and her team were professional, warm, and made everyone feel comfortable, even those new to yoga. The feedback from our employees was overwhelmingly positive, and we’ve already decided to make this a regular part of our wellness calendar. If you’re in the DFW area and looking for the best corporate wellness provider, I can’t recommend Chakra Hours enough!
