chainbytes.comReviews of chainbytes.com

Chainbytes has truly excelled in ensuring the durability of the Bitcoin ATMs. Over an extended period of conducting transactions, I have witnessed these machines continue to perform flawlessly without any noticeable wear and tear. One standout feature of these ATMs is the software. Interface is remarkably intuitive. Even for customers new to the world of crypto, the navigation and transaction processes are straightforward and easy to follow. I must also commend the company on their swift and efficient installation process. The Chainbytes team handled the setup promptly, ensuring that the ATMs were up and running in no time. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, this streamlined installation process was crucial for me. Overall I am quite happy with their services.

For me, the quality of their machines is great and support team have been nothing short of exceptional. With little knowledge of the industry I bought 5 machines, and their support team went above and beyond to assist me. Support and marketing guys spent for sure well over 20 hours on the phone with me in the first two months, patiently guiding me through every step (even when my questions probably sounded silly). Now that I've handed over the business to my son and his fiance, I can confidently say that ChainBytes amazing team made it all possible. Thank you for your outstanding help and support!

If I could give no stars I would. I called the number on the website and was directed to a guy named Mike Salvi who seemed nice at the time and told me I had to buy a minimum of 2 ATM's and not just one. I later saw on the website I could buy 1 if I really wanted to. No where did it say the minimum was 2. I called back to ask about why the website was different than what he told me and the conversation went south very fast. Even if that is the case, he could have gone about the conversation in so many better ways. Mike has to be the WORST sales guy ive ever spoken to. Rude as can be, and in case the call was recorded, I highly suggest chainbytes listen to the call. If it were up to me, I'd fire the guy immediately. Gonna lose a lot of business if thats how he handles customers inquiring about ATM's.

We are really happy with the ChainBytes machines, the software is user friendly and our customers find it easy to use. Most importantly we are really happy with their customer support. They been there for us every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and they invested time to explain to us every detail of the operation. We really did not know much about operation and im not sure if we would be operational today without them. Overall the ChainBytes got it right for us, not planning to change them any time soon.
