Buyer Beware: CGear Kept My Kept Both My Money and The Product
I returned a CGEAR mat in new condition. They refused my refund, claiming it wasn’t in “resalable condition,” but provided no explanation or evidence. I then asked them to simply send the mat back to me. They stopped responding. So CGEAR now has both my money and the product I paid for. Their published return policy says nothing about keeping products when a return is rejected. If you won’t refund a customer, return their property. Keeping both is unacceptable and an extremely questionable business practice. I used Affirm for this purchase and will not use them again, as my credit card has much better fraud protection for situations like this.
