You Won't Get It As Quickly As Advertised
I made my order on Wednesday, trusting that the two day delivery was valid. When I checked my tracking Friday night to find that my order was still in California and not to be delivered until Tuesday of next week, I was frustrated and tried the live chat. Well, that was even more frustrating because the chat told me the gap in the delivery that will interrupt my current peptide regimen is MY fault for not ordering in a timely manner. I went on to explain that my orders from both Verified Peptides and Vitastir promised two day delivery and actually arrived within the time frame. The chats only response was "consider quality over quantity"; whatever that has to do with my order, and that those companies are smaller and don't have as many customers as Certified Peptides; therefore that's why they are delivered in a timely manner. I'm not sure if an actual person or an AI monitors and responds on their chat, but that's absolute terrible customer service and pathetic excuses to why my order won't be here until next week. Understanding that peptides are volatile in heat and humidity. A week in a hot delivery vehicle is not going to be great on them. Rest assured that this will be my last order with Certified Peptides; since their company apparently has too many customers to fulfill orders in a timely manner that is consistent with their advertising. If a smaller company is going to get it to me in the promised time frame, I'd much rather go with them.
