I ordered a miniature library with desk and chair under a glass dome “made by an American crafter who had an injury and cannot work” Well what a scam and how disappointing- it’s just apiece of molded plastic nothing like the photos. Not hand crafted . Books are not tiny pieces to take out as shown- they are one big lump of plastic. Garbage. It stinks of epoxy glue. A huge scam, and they offered me $3.00 refund Date of experience: 04 April 2024

First at payment the final cost was more than what was showed in my basket. Then I have NEVER received my parcel. They are thieves. Never ever buy from then

Scam seller! Ordered three turtle travel keychains. Received all three but one was missing the birthstone. I contacted support and they offered a 2USD return and that's all they could offer. I told them I didn't want their 2USD. Dodgy company. Wish I had of seen these reciews beforehand. Lesson learned.

Frauduleuze gang van zaken. Op de site staat: 💰 Money-Back Guarantee:If you bought it and felt that it is not for you, don't worry. Just shoot us a message at contact, and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund. 100% Simple & Risk-Free process. Oplichting!

So i thought this was a USA based company as it charges US.dollars but no it is Chinese ,no correct tracking ,no contact except though PayPal ,delivery in 5-7 days ,two mounts later no sign . never ever again.

TURTLE KEYCHAIN ORDER - NO ORDER NUMBER, CONFIRMATION OR DELIVERY DATE - HAVE ALREADY PAID UPFRONT I ordered a turtle keychain from this company on 30 January. An amount was debited off my credit card before I received any confirmation of order, Order Number or delivery date. I have attempted to email them with my requests, with no response. I have no idea whether I'm going to receive this item. Or whether this is a scam site. From most of the reviews it appears very dodgy! I would appreciate a response and confirmation of my purchase, with the amount I paid so I'm not left in the dark about the status and progress of my order.

I placed an order (which was a Xmas present) in early December and it never arrived. Every time I wrote, asking about the status of my order they asked me to be patient. It is now clear that my order will never arrive but they haven't yet let me know if I'll ever be reimbursed.
