Order arrived after 60 days and they gave it to another person. I wrote many e-mails to their support asking for the refund since they didn't now where my order was ( it was written in the shipment info that it would arrive after 7 days) and they didn't solve the situation. Absolutely not suggested!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Order never arrived, 4 emails sent in the time span of 2.5 weeks but no response. Total scam.

You will not get your purchase or it will be low quality. You need to get your money back by disputing the transaction with your bank or PayPal which is what I'm doing. I never received my item and all their other customers say the same. The good reviews are fake and there are websites that say this company is fraudulent. Steer clear of them or you will regret it. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

They delivered the wrong product (bookmarks that were supposed to be printed with a letter of my choice, were not printed at all). Customer service offered a 2 USD compensation on a 20 USD product. Complete scam. do not buy

Purchased miniature library under glass. Item arrived broken, several pieces broken off, dome scratched/cracked. Packaged in good foam container, but no inner packaging to stop item from bouncing/moving during transit, resulting in damage. Company offered $4.00 US compensation, refused refund/exchange.

Complete scam artists.take your money and NEVER deliver..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME..IT WILL BOTH BE WASTED!! Emailed customer services too many times to count..very polite emails back..but absolutely nothing after months of either asking for my delivery or money back.. They are RUBBISH
