Being a start up and finding it on our own, we were looking for lots of guidance especially never doing a survey before and only having one chance since it was our own money. Centiment was able to help us thoroughly and guide us in the right direction in order to see the results were looking for. They ran tests they helped us create the survey and advise as to the pitfalls of what not to put in our survey. They delivered exactly what they said they would do in a timely fashion for a fair price.

Centiment is an amazing organization. I came to the team (on a Sunday morning) with a complex list of needs on a limited budget for COVID-19 research. Kurt and Derek helped me every step of the way and made sure we could get solid data within a strict timeline, working with a team across three countries, and within our budget. We compared three survey audiences: Centiment, Pollfish, and SurveyMonkey Audiences. Centiment stood out because it was the only service where a live person held our hand through the process. We got feedback on how to improve our survey and a suggestion to use an "attention check" question for confirming participants were reading the questions. So helpful. Pollfish was the cheapest per response, but they also had a lot of low quality, one word answers on open ended questions. SurveyMonkey was three times the price, and we never got the volume of responses we ordered, even though it was half of what we wanted from Centiment. For additional context, I was targeting marketing/advertising professionals. I will definitely use Centiment again.

Super quick to respond, even over the holidays. The team was very knowledgable and friendly. The turnaround time was about 5 days from the final delivery for the deployment of the survey to having the full results. I've used other vendors before at other organizations (they weren't great), but this was the first time with my current company. We were a little nervous since this was a new endeavor for us but it proved well worth it. The price was also very competitive, and I searched around for a while. I highly recommend Centiment.

We are not market survey professionals by any means, but we wanted to get a different measure on a single topic, and quickly. We were able to craft a small survey and field it rapidly. Krista R did a fantastic job of answering many, many questions and helping improve our short survey. It will be tempting to use their service again.
