I ordered a mobile hotspot. The device did not work and nobody answered our emails or calls to resolve the issue. Additionally they shipped the package in a way that incurred customs fees. I would stay away from the company if looking into a similar product given my experience. Just an added note but return shipping is not included in the price. It’s not explicitly mentioned but good to keep in mind as it adds to the cost of the service.

I used their hotspot for Italy for two months and it worked fantastic. Better than what I expected as we were in some remote places in Tuscany.

In my experience in the summer of 2008, Cellular Abroad used a very unreliable British network. Often, could not make calls, could not receive calls, and neither texting nor voice mail ever worked. Also, phone I bought from them was archaic and came with poor documentation. Go elsewhere!
