Slowest delivery I've ever experienced with cellucor very displeased

I ordered some c4 for the first time online, according to the tracking I wont get my C4 until the end of next month. I am very disappointed about that.

As I have been a satisfied customer of Cellucor's pre-workout product C4 for several years I thought it would be a good idea to order straight from their website. The website claimed 5-7 days. Apparently there was a problem with their systems not processing orders and it in fact took 3 weeks for me to get my package, and that was only after I got in contact with their website. Their "systems" that didn't process the order didn't hesitate to take out my payment, it was taken out immediately. It's almost as if they were trying to rip me off. Never ordering from their website again and possibly switching my pre-workout because of all this.

I have yet to receive the product I ordered. From the tracking info it should be here within a day or two, but beings I have gotten the review link before the product that's not so great. The site was easy to use, confirmation emails were nice and the free shipping for signing up was cool. Haven't dealt with any one in customer service but the time it has been since I ordered the c4 and it's still not here is a bummer. I'm sure the holiday threw off the time frame a bit as well.

I received p9 red and black as ordered within 3 days. Since support from the company never replied I spoke to a GNC rep and searched forums. Poor representation of customer service, makes you wonder if it is all hype or understaffed customer service. Have not tried products yet.

I wouldn't have expected altered sugars to be part of this product. Artificial colors as well. Very unnatural and the sucralose is medically dangerous.

So I purchased the Super HD Weight Loss from Cellucor. I was really hoping for something that worked. These just don't. I've lost about 35lbs in the last year (after giving birth to my son) by lifting heavy and working out. I've hit a plateau and can't break through. I was really hoping these would help but unfortunately they haven't. If anything, they make me a bit hungrier. :-(.
