Do not order product from Amazon. Mine came in smashed, neither Amazon nor Cellulor would help me with replacement.

Horrible shipping time during the holidays. Their shipping department took over two weeks to send the order out and the entire time they blamed the shipping company who hadnt received the product.

I am an AVID cellucor user. I love all their products and have never once not liked something I've tried by them. This being so, I decided to start bulk buying online so I can utilize some of the Abassdor codes I see on social media..... Worst decision ever. I never got one of the 3 supplements I ordered and was told that it was "leaving the warehouse and would get to me within one day". Not only did this never happen, but no one was available to talk on the phone (even though I called several times during the hours stated) and I had to wait for 2 days for a response from the chat. I will definitely stick to buying in stores.

when the side effects out weight the actually intent of the product... well I would say that the product isn't very good. The explosive pre work out gave no explosive energy, only an annoying tingly feeling that worsened during the work out as my body temperature rose. The fat burner was pointless, only gave me dry mouth, which I wouldn't have mind if there was means to an end, but there was not. Long story short, a lot of money spent for sheer disappointment. I would not recommend or purchase again. In fact I wish there was a way to get my money back.

I ordered BCAAs online about 2 weeks ago, package came the other day and all that was in the box were the free supplements, and not the actual BCAAs I purchased...thanks Cellucor. Plus, everything is way cheaper on Amazon. Next time I'll go thru them

they charged my 40 bucks for the product. I also paid shipping. I ordered it weeks ago and still have not received anything. I wrote to them twice and after each time they said someone would reach out to me with shipping information. They did not. One of the worst shipping experiences i have had. In an industry where gnc and bodybuilding.com are incredibly fast with their shipments.

I am a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER who ordered a supplement with overnight shipping ($20). I over-nighted it due to the fact I was leaving on a trip the next day. I wanted it in hand before I left. Waited until 5 pm the day it was supposed to be delivered, and contacted customer support. He (Ryan-- super helpful) told me it was out of stock and would refund me my $20 and get it to me the next day. He solved my issue without protest. However, it was rude of Cellucor to not keep me informed of my delayed package, and thus keeping me without what I needed for a trip.
